Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet, plate, or container with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt into an even layer about ¼-inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Top with nuts and drizzle with honey, if desired.
  5. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve frozen.
