Sesame Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 large red onion
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix vinegar and honey or maple syrups until combined.
  2. Add cucumber, red onion, dill, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to vinegar mixture.
  3. Combine thoroughly until the whole mixture is coated.
