Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 large red onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- Pinch of salt and pepper

- In a large bowl mix vinegar and honey or maple syrups until combined.
