Ingredients
- 500 grams cottage cheese (full fat recommended)
- 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Mint for garnish
Instructions
- Cut cucumber and watermelon into cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container with a lid and freeze overnight.
