Cucumber & Hummus Bites

These bite-sized snacks pair crisp cucumber with creamy hummus, offering a tasty combo of fiber and protein that supports steady energy and heart health.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch each.
  2. Spoon a small amount of hummus onto each cucumber slice. You can use a spoon or pipe it on if you prefer a cleaner look.
