- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

- Slice peaches into rounds, removing the pit. Slice mozzarella into equally sized slices like the peaches.
