Peach Caprese Salad

This peach and mozzarella salad comes together quickly for a fresh, flavorful dish. Serve immediately to keep it crisp and vibrant.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches into rounds, removing the pit. Slice mozzarella into equally sized slices like the peaches.
  2. On a large plate, alternate between peach and mozzarella, overlapped across the plate.
  3. Sprinkle basil leaves across the top.
  4. Drizzle oil olive and balsamic glaze evenly over the peaches and mozzarella.
  5. Add a sprinkle or salt and cracked black pepper, to taste.
