Alyssa Constantino, PA-C, joined DFD Russell Medical Centers’ Turner location in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University in 2022.

Alyssa provides primary care for patients across the lifespan, with a particular passion for serving rural and underserved communities. She believes in evidence-based medicine that treats the whole person, not just their condition, and connects with patients by listening closely, meeting them where they are, and partnering in shared decision-making that reflects their individual goals and life circumstances.

A strong advocate for preventive care, Alyssa is committed to educating patients and helping them thrive. Her greatest strength, she says, is creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable opening up about their health.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, and yoga — and loves calling this corner of Maine home for its close access to nature.
