Program Overview
The behavioral health program at DFD Russell Medical Center is a confidential counseling service for patients and family members of the Medical Center. The goal is to treat the whole person from a bio-psycho-social perspective with an integrated approach.
Patients have the advantage of their medical providers and licensed counselors working together at the same medical center. This close working relationship aids in the development and implementation of treatment strategies and holistic care.

Simply call the Medical Center at 524-3501 to schedule an appointment. Our staff will work with you to identify your insurance coverage and options.
DFD Russell Medical Center accepts most insurance for partial payment of services. We also accept MaineCare and offer a sliding fee scale payment program for those who meet income guidelines.
